AT HOME
If you enjoy the Privacy and Convenience of your Home we will come to you offering specific exercises with equipment such as a stability ball, bosu ball, dumbells, foam roller, etc.
IN THE GYM
If you prefer, we can come to your Gym or Health Club. We make special arrangements with Gym Owners/Managers.
An initial, FREE CONSULTATION is always offered. Based on this session we take the information which allows us to recommend a training package for you. Pricing and Plans are discussed at this time.

When prepayment is received, a survey will be emailed to you in order to get more information about your Goals and Lifestyle. When we receive the survey back, you will have your Program completed and emailed to you within 7 days.

Nutrition Programs
The Nutrition Program is customized to you based on your Goals and Lifestyle. This Program is created by Garrett Shepherd. This program includes lists of foods you should be eating along with a sample menu. It also breaks down the list by macro nutrient and how many calories you should be eating for your specific goals.
When prepayment is received, a survey will be emailed to you in order to get more information about your Goals and Lifestyle. When we receive the survey back, you will have your Program completed and emailed to you within 7 days.
